CBREAndy Glanzman has been promoted to CEO of the real estate investments segment. In this role, he will have executive oversight of both Trammell Crow Company, CBRE’s real estate development subsidiary, and CBRE Investment Management, its global real assets investment management subsidiary. He will also continue to serve as co-CEO of CBRE Investment Management, along with Adam Gallistel. Glanzman reports to Bob Sulentic, CBRE’s chair & CEO. Adam Nims has been promoted to CEO, Trammell Crow Company and will report to Glanzman. Adam Saphier, currently a senior executive within Trammell Crow Company, will become global COO of CBRE’s advisory services segment. He will be responsible for all advisory operations outside the US and Canada, plus the global valuations business, reporting to Vikram Kohli, CEO of advisory services. In addition, Saphier will support Kohli with the operational and financial management of the advisory segment globally. Glanzman has served as co-CEO of CBRE Investment Management since December 2024, and before that, served as the firm’s president. Nims and Saphier joined Trammell Crow Company in 2006 and 2005, respectively, and have held several senior executive positions over the past two decades. With Nims’s promotion, Trammell Crow Company’s current CEO, Danny Queenan, will move into a new senior role as executive group president with oversight of several key initiatives and geographies for Trammell Crow Company. He will report to Nims.

GreystarThomasin Renshaw has been appointed managing director – UK development. She will be responsible for leading Greystar’s UK development strategy across build-to-rent and purpose-built student accommodation, reporting to Daniel Breeden, senior managing director – UK. Renshaw joins from Pocket Living, where she served as chief development officer overseeing its entire pipeline of major London schemes, including the award-winning Sheepcote Road in Harrow and Atlas Wharf in Old Oak. Her earlier roles at Grosvenor and Muse Developments established a strong track record in regeneration and public–private partnership, working with local authorities and institutional stakeholders to unlock major development opportunities, including the two-acre South Molton Triangle in Mayfair.

MeasurablMaureen Waters has been appointed chief executive officer. Measurabl’s co-founder and current CEO, Matt Ellis, will transition to executive chairman and member of the board of directors, where he will oversee investment and M&A opportunities and provide strategic counsel to the company. Waters joined Measurabl in 2023 as chief growth officer and was later promoted to president, where she led the development of the company’s three-year strategy, and continues to drive cross-functional execution. 

True North Real Asset PartnersChris Hamill has been appointed as a main board director, alongside Samuel Roberts. Both join True North from roles in the UK forestry sector, bringing extensive experience in woodland creation, forest management and sustainable land use across multiple large-scale projects. They will manage True North’s large existing afforestation pipeline across Scotland and northern England and focus on new project generation as the fund channels further investment into the sector. 

Cushman & Wakefield — Richard Pickering has been appointed director of strategic foresight and intelligence, APAC & EMEA, while Alvin So assumes the role of head of strategy and execution, multi-markets, APAC & EMEA. Pickering will lead efforts to integrate forward-looking insights into client strategies, helping organisations anticipate and capitalise on long-term trends such as the impact of AI on the built environment. He previously served as head of innovation, EMEA, and chief strategy officer for the UK & Ireland business.

Brinova FastigheterPeter Ullmark has been named group CEO, succeeding Per Johansson, who is retiring after a decade in the role. Ullmark, who currently serves as COO of Victoriahem, will take the helm no later than 16 June 2026. Johansson will remain in his position until the transition is complete to ensure a smooth handover.

SafanadJeff Ferry has joined the firm as partner and head of digital infrastructure, where he will focus on investing both in the US and globally for Safanad’s digital infrastructure platform. Ferry most recently spent nearly 20 years at Goldman Sachs, where he led the data center investment practice at Goldman Sachs specialty lending group.
