Mirova – Raphaël Lance, the head of energy transition infrastructure funds, has been appointed to head the group’s real assets platform. Mirova has decided to group its energy transition infrastructure, natural capital and private equity businesses on a single platform dedicated to real assets. Lance will remain head of energy transition infrastructure funds, and keep the chairmanship of the funds’ investment committee. The natural capital and private equity businesses will remain under the direct responsibility of Anne-Laurence Roucher, who will report to Raphaël Lance.

Tishman SpeyerJames Quill has been appointed to lead the firm’s industrial business throughout Europe. Quill joins Tishman Speyer from Prologis, where most recently he built and led the European data centre function and team. Prior to this he was VP of Capital Transactions with responsibility for pan-European acquisitions and disposition. He joined Prologis in 2015 from Cushman & Wakefield. Quill will be based in Amsterdam.

CBRE Investment Management  – Adam Gallistel and Andy Glanzman have been named co-CEO. Gallistel will serve as co-CEO and CIO with responsibility for investment strategy and performance and with a strong focus on investor engagement. Glanzman will serve as co-CEO and president with responsibility for developing and executing the business strategy and overseeing day-to-day operations. Gallistel and Glanzman will co-chair CBRE IM’s executive committee. Gallistel will join CBRE IM on 1 April 2025, from Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC, where he serves as head of both Americas real estate and global real estate credit. Gallistel joined GIC in 2004 and assumed leadership of its Americas business in 2015. Gallistel also serves on GIC real estate’s global investment committee, which oversees all real estate investments. Glanzman joined CBRE IM in 2010. He became president in January 2022. Earlier, Glanzman served as COO of CBRE Investment Management.

Knight Frank – Andrew Hezelgrave has been appointed partner to the firm’s building surveying team in London. Hezelgrave, who has 20 years’ commercial property experience, joins Knight Frank from Savills, where he held the position of technical due diligence director for two years. Prior to this, Hezelgrave spent almost a decade at Black Cat Building Consultancy and Paragon Building Consultancy, also specialising in technical due diligence. 

PretiumSebastiano Visentini has been appointed senior MD, head of business optimisation. Visentini will oversee the continued growth and integration of Pretium’s operating companies, while driving enhanced efficiency, collaboration, and performance across the enterprise. He will also be a member of the firm’s executive committee. He joins Pretium after 16 years at Morgan Stanley, where he most recently served as head of firm strategy, execution and innovation and on the firm’s management committee. He served as Morgan Stanley’s head of capital from 2016 to 2020, where his responsibilities included managing the firm’s end-to-end capital planning and stress testing processes, including the annual stress test submission to the Federal Reserve Board. He previously served as MD in Morgan Stanley’s Financial Institutions Group.

BioMed RealtyBob Nowak has joined the company as SVP of operations for West Coast markets. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in San Diego. Nowak most recently served as managing director at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2013, he served as COO at Means Knaus Partners.

Nido LivingGiuseppe Zafferri has been appointed head of Italy. Zafferri, who joins Nido Living from CA Ventures, brings over 18 years of experience in Italian real estate investment and acquisitions. Zafferri’s role will focus on sourcing investment opportunities and overseeing development projects, leveraging his expertise to establish a strong foothold in the country’s burgeoning student accommodation sector. Prior to CA Ventures, Zafferri was head of acquisition, project, and construction management at Eurotekna.

ColliersJohn Sullivan has been appointed to the board of directors. He served as the president and CEO of The Cadillac Fairview Corporation for 13 years, retiring in 2023. Prior to his role as CEO, Sullivan held several senior positions at Cadillac Fairview, and previously held senior positions with Marathon Realty Corporation and Brookfield Properties Corporation. He currently serves on the board of MAF Properties and the Hospital for Sick Children. John Munday will be promoted to CEO of Colliers UK, effective 3 March 2025. Munday joined Colliers in 2022 as co-head of project & building consultancy following the establishment of a strategic partnership with Paragon, where he was co-managing director. He will succeed Tony Horrell who has been CEO of Colliers’ UK business for the last 14 years. This follows his June announcement of his decision to retire. Horrell will remain with Colliers UK and Ireland as a non-executive chairman, supporting clients and business development. Robert Perry, co-head of Colliers project & building consultancy, will take over sole leadership of the PBC service line as Munday steps into his new role.

Graystone Capital AdvisorsRichard Bird has been appointed executive vice president. In his new role, Bird will focus on investment properties, including self-storage and infill development land sales in the region, drawing on his extensive network to enhance client outcomes and support the firm’s strategic growth in the mountain states. Bird began his commercial real estate career in 2004, as a sales agent with Marcus & Millichap in Salt Lake City. In 2007, Bird joined MMI’s senior management team, where he spent over a decade running the region as district and regional manager. After departing from Marcus & Millichap, he served as the co-founder and principal broker at TYG Commercial Real Estate, where he spearheaded operations across Utah, Colorado, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana.

Morgan Real EstateSimon Morgan has been appointed partner, to the senior leadership team. He is tasked with the management of key developments and investor relationships. ⁠Will Dickson, has joined the asset management team from The Portman Estate where he was lead asset manager. Tom Lightfoot, has joined the development management team from Gardiner & Theobald, with previous roles at Davenport Associates, M3 Consulting and Alchemi Group. ⁠Sam Taylor, has joined the development management team, from Gardiner Theobald, with previous roles at WSP and Tata Steel UK. ⁠James Meaden and Lucy Brown-O’Sullivan, both previously development managers, have been promoted to directors within the development management team.

CBRE – David Batchelor, the head of operational real estate, will move into a chairman role within the UK business, focused on the investment market. Tom Morgan has been promoted to head of operational real estate to help drive further growth for the firm’s UK operational real estate, which comprises healthcare, hotels, pubs, leisure, self storage and automotive & roadside. Morgan who is an executive director, joined CBRE 17 years ago and has primarily been responsible for developing and growing the firm’s healthcare offering across the UK.

Vantage Data CentersChristophe Strauven has been appointed chief financial officer for North America. Strauven was formerly senior vice president, capital markets. Succeeding Strauven is Rich Cosgray. Cosgray joins the company from Truist Securities where he most recently served as managing director and head of TMT leveraged finance.

EnbridgeDouglas L Foshee has been appointed director. Foshee has more than 40 years of energy industry experience, including as chair, president and CEO of El Paso Corporation from 2003 to 2012, as CFO and then COO of Halliburton Company from 2001 to 2003, and as chair, president and CEO of Nuevo Energy from 1996-2001.  

BonaventureDavid Pittman has been appointed head of capital markets. Pittman most recently served as SVP of capital markets for Cottonwood Communities. For the four years prior, Pittman led Strategic Blueprint, an RIA affiliated with The Strategic Financial Alliance. He has also held various sales and leadership roles at Wells Real Estate Funds and FS Investments. In his new role at Bonaventure, Pittman will be driving distribution of the entire suite of Bonaventure’s investment offerings from ground up development, single asset investment, closed end funds and perpetual life offerings.
