British Property Federation - Liz Peace is retiring as chief executive. Peace will step down later this year after 12 years in the role. The BPF said Peace will be replaced in autumn 2014.

Delin Capital Asset Management - Paul Marcuse has been appointed senior advisor. The logistics-focused investor has recruited Marcuse from UBS Global Asset Management. He has also worked for Goldman Sachs, the Rodamco Group and AXA REIM.

Tikehau Group - Debra Anderson has been appointed as a director in the firm’s private debt business. Anderson will be based in London and be responsible for expanding Tikehau’s credit business on a pan-European basis, alongside Patrick Marshall, who joined the group in September last year. Anderson was previously a senior managing director at Blackstone, where she established and managed Blackstone’s European CLO business, marketing, raising and investing for four originated CLO funds.
