INREV, IVG, Warburg-Henderson, Schroder Property, PATRIZIA, Hines, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL

INREV – The European association has appointed Maurits Cammeraat as director of professional standards. Cammeraat joins Henri Vuong, who as previously reported, has joined as director of research. Cammeraat, who replaces Lonneke Lowik, took up the new role at the start of this month. During his time as a senior manager at PwC Advisory, Cammeraat was the lead architect of REDEX, a data management solution for real estate fund managers in the Netherlands.

Vuong joins from the Royal Bank of Scotland, where she was a real estate finance associate director of strategy and research. She replaces Casper Hesp and has also worked for PRUPIM. INREV said it has also appointed Annisa Dian Prima as a senior research manager. The appointments follow the recent recruitment of Anne Böker as a professional standards associate and Federica Miano as public affairs associate.

IVG Immobilien – The firm has now re-staffed its management following this year’s approval by a German court of a new business plan. Ralf Jung will take over as the company’s chief executive. Jung, who recently worked as a partner at a business consultancy, has also been chief executive of Allianz Alternative Assets. Rolf Glessing has been appointed chief finance officer of IVG Immobilien. Glessing has held positions at various companies including the Merckle Group and Gagfah. The previous board members Hans-Joachim Ziems and Elmar Geissinger left last week as planned.

Warburg-Henderson – Andreas Beckers will be joining the management board in October. Beckers will be responsible for product development, institutional sales and marketing. Having joined from Art-Invest Real Estate Funds, he has previously worked for DIL/Deutsche Bank-group, KGAL, HSH Real Estate and Commerz Real.

Schroder Property – Jon Consolo and Ryan Bennett have been appointed as property analysts within the firm’s Global Property Securities team, which was brought in-house in July. Consolo joins the firm’s London office from Deutsche Bank Asset Management where he was a real estate securities analyst covering Continental Europe. Bennett, who will join the team next month and be based in New York, has previously held roles at Zelman & Associates, Barclays and Lehman Brothers.

Patrizia – Erik Beets has been appointed as head of asset management of in the Netherlands. Beets joins from Vesteda Investment Management and has also held senior positions at ING Real Estate Investment Management.

Patrizia WohnInvest – Peret Bergmann has been appointed as managing director of the firm’s residential arm. Bergmann has previously worked for Bouwfonds Investment Management.

Hines – Sebastian Huergo has been appointed as co-head of Spain. Huergo joins from Norges Bank Investment Management, where he sourced transactions. Prior to that, he worked at Rockspring in London.

Cushman & Wakefield – Antoine Grignon and Benjamin Sebban have respectively been made manager and consultant of retail investment in France. Ariel Spira has joined the capital markets department as an analyst on office, retail and industrial assets.

JLL – Pelham Giggins is joining the firm’s Asia Pacific capital markets team to work on regional industrial investment activity. Giggins was previously at The Goodman Group. He will work across the major industrial markets of China, Japan, Korea, Australia and southeast Asia.
