Grosvenor, CBRE Global Investors, M&G, United House, UBS, Pramerica, IPD, Skanska, Cushman & Wakefield, Irwin Mitchell, Reed Smith

Grosvenor – Nicholas Loup, chief executive of Grosvenor Asia Pacific, is leaving the company next year. Benjamin Cha will replace Loup and join the firm later this month. Loup, Grosvenor said, has spent 25 years with Grosvenor and 20 in Asia Pacific.

CBRE Global Investors – Andrew Glass has been appointed managing director for Australia. Glass, who will lead the firm’s direct investment programme, was previously head of unlisted funds at Charter Hall Group. He has also worked for GIC Real Estate in Singapore.

M&G Real Estate – Steven Hollands has joined the business as residential investment manager. Hollands joins from Deloitte Real Estate.

United HouseAlasdair Evans, formerly group financial director at IPD and COO of Hermes Real Estate, is working with the residential development company as a financial consultant.

UBS Global Real Estate – Eoin Bastible has been appointed as head of business development for EMEA. Bastible joins UBS from Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking where he was head of the private equity fundraising.

Pramerica Real Estate Investors – Nabil Mabed has been appointed head of transactions for France. Mabed joins from private equity fund manager Doughty Hanson and has also worked for Morgan Stanley Real Estate.

IPD – Alexandre Lamot has as executive director and head of client coverage for Continental Europe. Lamot, who will be based in London, joins from Rockspring Property Investment Managers where he was fund manager of two value-added funds.

Skanska – Bartosz Kalinowski, formerly regional director for the north region of the firm’s Polish property division, has been as managing director of residential development. Kalinowski’s previous post will be taken by Krzysztof Wilczek.

Cushman & Wakefield – Frank Nickel has been appointed executive chairman of the firm’s corporate finance business in EMEA. Nickel, will continue in his role as managing partner and chief executive of Cushman & Wakefield in Germany. Thomas Duchêne has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s French office as commercial director of retail. Duchêne has also worked for Bouygues, Dumez Immobilier, Midas, Flo and Yum and CDP/City.

Irwin Mitchell – Ayesha Hasan has been appointed real estate partner in London. Hasan was previously a real estate partner at Locke Lord.

Reed Smith – Francisca Sepúlveda has joined the firm as a real estate finance partner in London. Sepúlveda was previously at Allen & Overy and has also worked for Taylor Wessing and Allen & Overy.
