GTIS Partners, M&G Real Estate, Situs, Allianz Real Estate, PATRIZIA, Cordea Savills, Hodes Weill
GTIS Partners – Dietrich Heidtmann has been hired by the private equity real estate firm to run its new Paris office. As head of international capital markets, Heidtmann, previously global head of investor relations and capital markets at AXA Real Estate, will report to GTIS president Tom Shapiro.
M&G Real Estate – Lucy Williams has joined as director of institutional business for UK and Europe. Williams replaces Chris Nash who has left M&G Real Estate after three years with the business. Williams joins M&G from Ignis Asset Management which she joined at the start of this year, having previously spent six years at Lothbury Investment Management.
Situs – Fernando Salazar Lacalle has been appointed managing director and country head of the firm’s new office in Spain. Salazar Lacalle will report to Situs chief operating officer Bruce Nelson, and be responsible for the expansion of all of Situs’ business lines in Spain. He was previously head of international clients at Servicing Advisors Deutschland.
Allianz Real Estate – Marina Jestin has joined as head of retail. Jestin was previously deputy managing director at Viparis and has also worked for Unibail-Rodamco.
Patrizia Immobilien – The German fund management company has opened a new office in Finland. The Helsinki office will be managed by Patrizia’s Nordics subsidiary, based in Copenhagen.
Cordea Savills – James Charlesworth has been appointed assistant portfolio manager in the UK investment team. Charlesworth joins Cordea Savills from HSBC and has also worked for Savills.
Hodes Weill & Associates – Zeynep Fetvaci is joining as a principal. Fetvaci will be based in London and have responsibility for coverage of institutional investors in Europe. Fetvaci was previously head of business development and investor relations at Peakside Capital Advisors.
