SEB Immobilien spends EUR 110 mln on Dutch offices
SEB Immobilien-Investment has acquired two office buildings in the Netherlands for EUR 110 mln from project developer Eurocommerce. The properties are the 19,400 m[sup]2[/sup] Apollo office building in Diemen, near Amsterdam, and the 5,020 m[sup]2[/sup] Kroonveste office building in the eastern Dutch city of Arnhem.

Amsterdam 'needs' 13,000 extra hotel rooms
To keep Amsterdam on the tourist map the city will need around 13,000 extra hotel rooms in the coming 10 years, This comes to 100 new hotels within the city limits, a report by consultancy ZKA carried out on behalf of the Stadsregio Amsterdam regional agency has concluded.
