SEB Immobilien-Investment has acquired two office buildings in the Netherlands for EUR 110 mln from project developer Eurocommerce. The properties are the 19,400 m2 Apollo office building in Diemen, near Amsterdam, and the 5,020 m2 Kroonveste office building in the eastern Dutch city of Arnhem.

Separately, Swedish bank SEB, the parent company of SEB Immobilien-Investment, announced it is selling its Baltic real estate portfolios in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, with a combined book value of EUR 104 mln, by the end of the first quarter next year.

'This is in line with SEB's strategy of not owning properties and outsourcing non-core operations,' the bank commented. Its property holdings in the Baltic states comprise one sale-and-lease-back portfolio of 47 properties and a commercial portfolio of 16 properties.
