The Aisa Group has acquired an office property in Madrid for EUR 42 mln and is looking for tenants, the Spanish real estate company has informed Spain's national stock exchange CNMV. The property covers an area of 15,164 m[sup]2[/sup] and consists of two seven-floor buildings. Each building includes retail units on the ground level and a 5,979 m[sup]2[/sup] parking garage.

The Aisa Group has acquired an office property in Madrid for EUR 42 mln and is looking for tenants, the Spanish real estate company has informed Spain's national stock exchange CNMV. The property covers an area of 15,164 m2 and consists of two seven-floor buildings. Each building includes retail units on the ground level and a 5,979 m2 parking garage.

Aisa will finance the acquisition through a EUR 24 mln loan and the remainder by a leasing contract. The company announced a proposal for increasing its capital will be submitted during an extraordinary meeting on December 29, newspaper Finanzas reported.
