Realterm closes acquisition of 21,000-m2 logistics facility in the Netherlands
Realterm has announced the acquisition of Celsiusweg 60 and Newtonweg 23-25, a three-building, 21,049-m2 intermodal transload facility (ITF) located on a 38,904-m2 site in Venlo, Netherlands. The investment volume was just under €20 mln, according to the State’s land registry.
