This financing, aligned with the Loan Market Association’s Green Loan Principles and the EU’s green taxonomy, will be used to refinance a logistics real estate portfolio comprising 13 properties totaling over 400,000 m2. The portfolio is held by a real estate fund managed by DeA Capital Real Estate Sgr.

As underwriter, bookrunner, mandated lead arranger, original lender, and green loan coordinator, ING Italia was responsible for structuring the deal and ensuring its environmental sustainability. By coordinating the green loan, ING Italia helped align the operation with the EU’s green taxonomy for environmentally sustainable economic activities.

Dea Capital manages €13 bn in assets through a portfolio of 56 real estate funds, including two listed on the Italian Stock Exchange. It owns approximately 670 properties, primarily concentrated in Rome and Milan.
