Logicor, TIAA Global Asset Management, Aquila Capital, Dolphin Capital, GRIP REIT, BNP Paribas Real Estate

Logicor – Buddy Roes has taken up the newly created position of managing director for Germany. Roes joins Logicor, the European logistics arm of Blackstone, from Exeter Property Group where he was responsible for logistics investments in Germany and Benelux countries.

TIAA Global Asset Management – The firm has hired two managing directors for its real assets institutional distribution team. Per Frederiksen will focus on growing the institutional business in the Nordic countries, while Dan Greene will enhance relationships with global and regional investment consultants.

GRIP REIT – Sarah Slater has been appointed as a director to the board. Slater was director of real estate investments in Europe at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. Dutch asset manager APG and Grainger recently announced the conversion of the UK residential property joint venture into a REIT from being the GRIP Unit Trust.

Aquila CapitalOlaf Huth has joined the firm’s advisory board. Huth started his career at HSBC Trinkaus in 1985.

Dolphin CapitalSue Farr has joined the Board as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Farr is currently a non-executive director at ACCSYS Technologies, British American Tobacco, Dairy Crest and Millennium & Copthorne. She has held roles at WCRS, Thames Television, BBC, Vauxhall Motors and Chime Communications.

BNP Paribas Real EstateMichele Latora has been appointed managing director of BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Development in Italy. Latora has been head of development management since 2013. From 2007 to 2013, he served as country manager of ING Real Estate Development Italy.
