AXA Investment Managers-Real Assets, CBRE Global Investors, Delin Capital, PwC
AXA Investment Managers-Real Assets – Alan Patterson has left the company. Patterson was global head of research and strategy, a position he held for eight years. He has now taken on the role of strategic investment consultant at VARE Consulting. Prior to joining AXA in early 2008, he worked at UBS Asset Management as chief investment officer for fund of funds. Greg Mansell has been promoted from senior strategist to head of research for real assets.
CBRE Global Investors – Robert Sninčák has been made fund manager of the firm’s Property Fund Central and Eastern Europe (PFCE) and CBRE Property Fund Central and Eastern Europe (PFCEE). He takes over from Martin Sabelko who has resigned. Sninčák, who was previously portfolio manager for the company’s two regional funds, has been with the company since 2005.
Delin Capital – Gerwin Vos has been appointed commercial director as the firm opens an office in Rotterdam. Vos worked for DTZ Zadelhoff and will be responsible for all new commercial activities.
PwC – Sandra Dowling has been appointed as UK real estate leader. Dowling, who has worked for the firm in Canada and Boston, succeeds Craig Hughes who has become global real estate leader.
