Rockwood Capital, Intu Properties, CIM Group, Atrium, DIC Asset, JLL

Rockwood Capital – Charlie Leonard has been appointed as a director in the firm’s New York office. Prior to joining Rockwood, Leonard was a first vice president for CIM Group. From 2006 to 2016, his work included the acquisition and asset management of stabilized and opportunistic real estate assets in New York and Northern California. Prior to CIM Group, he was an analyst for Aareal Financial Services.

Intu Properties – John Strachan has been named chairman. He will take up the new role in May this year, replacing Patrick Burgess. Strachan has been a non-executive of the firm since 2015.

Atrium – Liad Barzilai has been named chief executive. Josip Kardun, former chief executive, has left the company.

DIC Asset – Nina Wittkopf has been named head of investor relations. Peer Schlinkmann, in the role since August 2014, will leave the company in May. Wittkopf also worked for IVG Immobilien for six years and since July last year, headed investor relations at IVG’s Office First Immobilien arm.

JLL – Silviana Petre Badea has been named managing director of its Romanian business in Bucharest from March. Badea joined JLL in early 2015 to lead its capital markets business in Romania.
