Commerz Real – Henning Koch is to become the head of the newly created transactions division. Loch, who joins from Credit Suisse, will coordinate all international acquisitions and sales.
AMP Capital – Andy Jones and Oliver Reiff have joined the listed real assets team in London as portfolio managers/analysts. Jones joins from Royal Bank of Canada, and Reiff was most recently at Deutsche Bank.
TH Real Estate – Steven Siebert has joined the logistics team in Frankfurt from JLL as a senior asset manager. He will be responsible for a portfolio of 30 German logistics assets.
Clarion Partners – Christy Hill has been named an assistant porfolio manager of the Clarion’s flagship core real estate fund, joining a 16-person team led by Jeb Belford. Hill was previously part of Clarion’s asset management group.
Cording Real Estate Group – Fabian Watts has been named associate director. He was previously a manager in the real estate advisory team at KPMG.
Knight Frank – Sam Waterworth and Will Lund have joined the advisory firm’s retail investment team. Both join from Cushman & Wakefield. Waterworth joins as an associate, Lund joins as a qualified surveyor.
