AEW, Logistis, Grosvenor Europe, Bouwinvest, Savills, Neinver, St Modwen Properties, International Council of Shopping Centers, Hines

AEW – Christian Busse has been named director within the manager’s Logistis asset management team in Germany. He will be based in Frankfurt and report to Thomas Leinberger.

Grosvenor Europe – Simon Evans has been named director of construction, development and investment management. Evans will be based in Paris. He previously worked in London for Chesterton International.

Bouwinvest – The Dutch fund manager, which manages bpfBOUW’s international real estate investments, has expanded its research team. It has hired Jeroen Jansen as a senior market analyst from real estate advisors Savills, where he was head of research. Jan-Thijs Koster joins as a junior market analyst.

Neinver – Eduardo Ceballos has been named country head of Italy. Ceballos joined the firm in 1997. He was appointed country head of Spain in 2009.

St Modwen Properties – Jenefer Greenwood has been named as a non-executive director from 1 June. She started her career with Hillier Parker which later merged with CBRE. She worked for Grosvenor until 2012 and has previously served on the board of The Crown Estate.

International Council of Shopping Centers – Hines managing director Kenton McKeehan has been elected as a trustee. McKeehan will serve a three-year term. He is head of Hines’ Retail Resources Group, responsible for direct acquisition, disposition and ongoing asset management responsibilities for Hines REIT, Hines Global REIT and Hines Global REIT II.
