AXA Investment Managers–Real Assets – Crispijn Stulp has been appointed head of asset management and transactions for the Netherlands. Robbert-Jan van Baal, who joined in 2007, has been promoted to local head of asset management. Based in Amsterdam, Stulp joins from Merin, where he was transaction and development manager.
IVBN – Dick van Hal, chief executive of Bouwinvest, has been elected chairman of the Association of Dutch Institutional Property Investors (IVBN). He succeeds Henk Jagersma, who recently left Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance. Van Hal has been director of Bouwinvest since 2008.
Benson Elliot – Marc Mogull is moving from his role of managing partner to executive chairman and chief investment officer. Trish Barrigan, who co-founded Benson Elliot with Mogull in 2006, will take on the position of managing partner. Philipp Braschel, who has co-headed operations in German speaking countries, is leaving the company. Joseph De Leo will take over as partner responsible for Germany.
Heitman – Beau Titchkosky has been named managing director of client service and marketing for Australia and New Zealand. Titchkosky was previously head of Legg Mason’s institutional and retail sales teams for Australia and New Zealand.
Henderson Park – Subbash Thammanna has been named finance director. He was most recently European finance director at Harbert Management Corporation.
Legal & General – Essential Living’s Damon Brown and Berkeley’s David Jones have been recruited for the manager’s housing activities. Brown joins as a construction portfolio manager. Jones joins as modular integration director.
McArthurGlen – Michael Natas has been appointed joint managing director of development. Natas was previously deputy managing director of the development division.
Medici Living Group – Klaus Kortebein has been appointed as an advisory board member. Kortebein was previously managing director of global key accounts for the EMEA region of CBRE Global Investors.
Gatehouse Bank – Charles Haresnape has been named chief executive. He takes over from Fahed Faisal Boodai, chairman and co-founder of Gatehouse Financial Group. Boodai will return to his role as chairman of the group. Haresnape joins from Aldermore, a specialised lender in the UK.
