AXA Investment Managers–Real Assets – The Paris headquartered company has expanded its North American team. Rob Neiffer has been named director of asset management. Shawn Duggal is now vice president of acquisitions, and Victoria Rozman is US director of accounting. Jimmy Lagreca has been named senior analyst in asset management. Neiffer joins from Amazon Worldwide. Duggal was previously vice president of direct real estate investments at Partners Group in San Francisco. Rozman and Lagreca join from JP Morgan Chase.
DIC Asset – Dirk Hasselbring has been appointed as chairman of the management board of DIC Fund Balance, the company’s fund management arm. Hasselbring previously served as a board member of Deutsche EuroShop and as capital transaction executive of the Australia-based GPT Group.
Legal & General – Rosie Toogood has been hired as CEO of L&G’s new modular housing business. The factory in Leeds, in the North of England, plans to produce up to 3,500 homes per year as part of L&G’s build-to-rent strategy. Toogood joins this month from Rolls-Royce.
CBRE – The advisory firm has created a mainland China residential team. The team of five, led by Kevin Lu and Slevin Wang and recruited from JLL, will be responsible for promoting international residential projects within London and Australia throughout mainland China, based in Shanghai. Darien Bradshaw has been named head of international project marketing in Asia. Bradshaw has previously held positions at Colliers and Knight Frank.
