CBRE Global Investors – Sophie van Oosterom has been appointed CIO and member of the manager’s EMEA executive committee. Van Oosterom joined CBRE GI as head of special programmes for the EMEA in 2013. She will focus on investment strategy, investment underwriting and performance management in the region. Van Oosterom previously worked for Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners.
La Française Forum Real Estate Partners – Alistair Ennever has been appointed senior investment manager. Ennever, formerly a senior investment surveyor for Chapman Petrie, has also worked for Colliers International.
HIG Capital – Riccardo Dallolio has been appointed as managing director and co-head of European real estate. Based in London, Dallolio will work alongside Ahmed Hamdani, managing director in London since 2012. Prior to HIG, he was at AXA RE as head of alternatives and special situations.
NAI apollo group – Thilo Hecht has been recruited to the commercial property department in Munich. Hecht was previously a senior consultant at Cushman Wakefield in Munich and has also worked for CBRE.
Cushman & Wakefield – Simon Maurel has been appointed as partner and head of international tenant representation in the French retail team. Before joining, Maurel was senior real estate manager at Apple in London.
Dr Peters Group – Alexander Klein has been appointed as fund manager. Klein was most recently managing director of Hesse Newman Capital.
