Patrizia Immobilien – Karim Bohn has been named CFO and a member of the managing board. He will assume responsibility for financial affairs, replacing Arwed Fischer, who has been CFO at Patrizia since 2008. Bohn was previously managing director of Süddeutsche Wohnen. He has also worked as a director at property group Vitus Immobiliengruppe and for GAGFAH Group, as well as Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and London.

COIMAMassimo Capuano, former deputy chief executive of the London Stock Exchange and former chief executive of the Milan stock exchange, has been appointed chairman and independent director of COIMA RES. The Italian firm has appointed six directors, including Qatar Investment Authority’s Feras Abdulaziz Al-Naama.

NN Investment PartnersKees-Jan van de Kamp has joined NN IP’s Infrastructure & Project Finance team. Van de Kamp joins from NIBC Bank, where he spent the last 14 years in infrastructure and corporate finance in London and Frankfurt.

Gatehouse BankTrevor Homes has been appointed head of real estate finance. Homes will lead the real estate finance department in the origination, underwriting and management of commercial real estate financings. He joins from ICG Longbow, where he was partner responsible for establishing the senior debt programme. He has also held senior leadership positions at UniCredit and Deutsche Bank.

Universal-Investment – Katja Müller is to manage three Universal-Investment business divisions. The company’s institutional, private label and insourcing lines are being consolidated into a new division. Müller has managed the private label fund business with fund initiators, independent asset managers and international asset managers. Before joining Universal-Investment in March last year, Müller worked for Deutsche Bank.
