Aviva Investors – Veronique Leroy and Jolanta Touzard have been appointed to the firm’s infrastructure team. Leroy joins as head of infrastructure investment services from Octopus Investments. Touzard joins as assistant fund manager from Equitix. Aviva said further recruitment to the team is expected.
AXA Real Estate – Guillaume Spinner has been appointed chief financial officer. Spinner joined AXA 10 years ago and has held various responsibilities in fund management. He started at Archon Group in France and in Germany.
Patrizia Immobilien – Two directors for a new private fund vehicle have been recruited by the German firm. Andreas Heibrock and Joachim Fritz have been recruited for the firm’s new GrundInvest fund. The pair, who currently work for fund manager Real I.S, will take up their new positions next year.
In the Netherlands, Robert van der Moer has been appointed as senior finance manager. Van der Moer joins from Bouwfonds IM. Sebastian Zwart has been appointed as asset manager. Zwart joins from Savills where he was senior investment consultant.
Legal & General Investment Management – Honor Solomon has been appointed as head of retail distribution for Europe and the Middle East. Solomon, who reports to Mike Craston, global head of distribution, joins from BlackRock, where she was a managing director for sales and client relationships. Solomon has also worked for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers.
Cordea Savills – Jin Guo has been appointed as head of Greater China for the firm. Based in Hong Kong, Guo will lead new business initiatives with institutions, family offices and private wealth managers. Prior to joining Cordea Savills, Guo was at ICBC International Investment Management, establishing real estate funds in mainland China for state-owned entities.
Société de la Tour Eiffel – Mark Inch has stepped down as chairman, alongside the resignation of chief executive Renaud Haberkorn, and departure of Richard Nottage, Mercedes Erra and Aimery Langlois-Meurinne. The firm’s board said it has appointed Philippe Lemoine as chief executive to succeed to Haberkorn.
The Paris-based firm has appointed Hubert Rodarie as chairman and nominated Bernard Milléquant, Agnès Auberty and Marie Wiedmer-Brouder as new members. Follwing its tender offer, SMABTP will be represented by chairman Didier Ridoret and SMAvie by chairman Patrick Bernasconi.
Knight Frank – James Roberts has been appointed as the firm’s London-based chief economist in its global research team.
