Standard Life Investments, AEW, Cordea Savills, AMF, Quantum, Picton, ING, Immofinanz
Standard Life Investments – Jeremy Allcock has been appointed head of a new infrastructure debt team. Allcock, who will be based in London, was previously head of project finance (public sector) at Nationwide. SLI said further appointments would follow.
AEW Europe – Arndt Rellecke has joined the company’s German investment team as a director based in Dusseldorf. Rellecke will focus on logistics investments and report to Gereon Kohlgruber, head of investments for Germany. Also joining the asset management team in Germany is Tim Schluter from CR Investment Management.
Cordea Savills – Julian Symons has been appointed director of development. Prior to joining Cordea Savills, Symons spent 14 years at McBains Cooper, where he led a risk management team.
AMF Fastigheter – Lina Vicsai, previously brand manager of Vattenfall Group, has joined as marketing director. Magnus Källgren of Jernhusen has been named business development director. Roger Kylberg, former chief executive of Boomerang, has also joined AMF. Anders Petterson, with AMF Fastigheter for 10 years, has been promoted to the role of retail business development manager.
Quantum Immobilien – Former IVG board member Guido Piñol has been appointed head of an investment management subsidiary. The new Quantum Capital arm will be headquartered in Frankfurt and focus on “complex and large-volume transactions” for institutional investors. Jonas Kriebel and Philipp Schaper, both former managing directors at IVG, are also switching to Quantum Capital as managing partners.
Picton – Matthew Barker has been named asset manager. Baker spent three years at Jones Lang La Salle as a commercial property surveyor.
ING Real Estate Finance – Begga Berben has been appointed regional director for the commercial real estate business in southeast Netherlands from January next year. Berben has been at ING since 2004 and replaces Leo van den Boomgaard, who has stepped down for health reasons.
Immofinanz – Christian TraunFellner has taken over as director of asset management for office and logistics. He succeeds Dietmar Reindl. TraunFellner was previously chief executive of UNIQA Real Estate.
