Holland Immo Group, a real estate manager owned by Primevest Capital Partners, has teamed up with Crossroads Real Estate and APCOA Parking to buy a portfolio of parking garages in the Netherlands from BKS Parking.

Crossroads and Holland Immo have agreed to buy BKS Parking’s real estate portfolio of 3,819 parking spaces in Scheveningen and Vlaardingen with APCOA Parking taking over the management of the parking facilities. 

Financial details were undisclosed.

The parking garage portfolio has been operated by current owners BKS for more than 40 years.

Matthieu Dekkers, car parks acquisition director at Primevest Capital Partners and Holland Immo Group, said the BKS Parking portfolio is the last large privately owned parking company in the Netherlands.
