International Campus Group has acquired a 342-apartment purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) project in the Netherlands from a joint venture between Groep Caenen Capital Fund, White House Development and ROM.

International Campus Group said it has agreed to forward fund Project Fascinatio, located in Capelle aan den IJssel on the Rotterdam border and just minutes from Erasmus University. Financial details were undisclosed.

Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of August 2025, with completion expected by summer 2027.

Jasper Boot, responsible for acquisitions and development at International Campus Group in the Netherlands, said: “We’re excited to add Project Fascinatio to our portfolio as our third asset in the Netherlands.

“Its location, sustainable design, and focus on community living align perfectly with our vision for high-quality student housing across Europe.”

Gawain Smart, CEO of International Campus Group, said: “This acquisition underscores our continued commitment to securing prime assets in the PBSA sector in the Netherlands and across continental Europe.

“We remain actively focused on executing our expanding pipeline of prime development and operating opportunities this year.”
