CapMan Real Estate has acquired a residential asset in Finland on behalf of its recently launched Nordic rental housing platform.

CapMan said the rental apartment asset in Katajanokka in central Helsinki will be managed by the Leona platform, which was launched in May. 

Financial details were undisclosed.

Joonas Hacklin, investment manager at CapMan Real Estate, said: “We are glad to acquire this exceptionally well-located asset to our portfolio. The investment is aligned with our targets, and we look forward to further developing the asset through sustainability investments and apartment refurbishments.”

Rental housing platform Leona was launched in Finland with plans to expand to Denmark and Sweden.
