VICI Properties – The Canadian-listed experiential real estate investment trust has appointed John M Sullivan as an independent director to support the strategic planning and execution of its experiential real estate portfolio. Sullivan joins from Cadillac Fairview, where he served as president and chief executive officer until his retirement in October 2023, and previously held senior development and asset management roles over a 25-year tenure at the firm. He also previously held executive leadership positions at Brookfield Properties, Marathon Realty and First Quebec Corporation. In his new role, he will support the firm’s target of generating attractive, durable returns for shareholders, focusing on business development, asset management and capital allocation across its gaming, hospitality and entertainment destinations.

CIM Group – The US real estate and infrastructure investment firm has appointed Adam Lerer as managing director of investments to help grow its real estate equity platform. Lerer joins from PIMCO Prime Real Estate, where he served as head of special situations group for America and previously held the role of head of acquisitions for America. He also previously held executive roles at Decron Properties and Norges Bank Investment Management, and worked in the urban investment group and investment banking division at Goldman Sachs. In his new role, he will support the firm’s target of expanding its real estate equity business, focusing on sourcing, structuring, and executing new investment opportunities across core, value-add, net lease, impact and Opportunity Zone strategies.  

ICG – The global alternative asset manager has expanded its infrastructure platform with the launch of a European infrastructure debt strategy, appointing Augustin Segard and Grégoire Castres Saint Martin to establish and lead the platform. Segard joins in London from Schroders Capital, where he served as head of junior infrastructure debt, and previously held positions at AXA Investment Managers and InfraRed Capital Partners. Castres Saint Martin joins in Paris from Antin Infrastructure Partners, where he served as managing director within the financing team, having previously worked in infrastructure financing and advisory at BNP Paribas. In their new roles, they will support ICG’s target of scaling its European infrastructure platform and delivering flexible, sub-investment grade capital solutions across the energy transition, digitalisation and core infrastructure sectors.

New Forests – The sustainable forestry and natural capital manager has appointed Sam Rorabaugh as global head of investments to lead its global investment platform alongside his existing role as regional director of investments for North America. Rorabaugh, who joined New Forests in 2020, succeeds David Shelton, who will now focus fully on his role as managing director for Australia and New Zealand. In his new role, he will support the firm’s target of advancing its global growth.

Harrison Street Asset Management – The alternative global investment management firm has made several senior appointments within its investor solutions group, naming Dan Fanelli as managing director and co-head of the US investor solutions group alongside James Choi, who will relocate from Tokyo to the US West Coast, while Dan Kim joins as managing director and infrastructure specialist. Fanelli joins from PGIM, where he served as managing director within the institutional client group, and previously held a senior role at Brookfield Asset Management. Kim joins from EQT Partners, where he served as managing director and head of consultant relations for North America, and previously held positions at Campbell Lutyens, IFM Investors, and Aon Hewitt. In their new roles, the appointees will support Harrison Street Asset Management’s target of deepening relationships with institutional clients and expanding its global capital formation platform across real estate, infrastructure and credit strategies.  

Colliers – Karel Stránský has been appointed as a strategic consultant for the Czech industrial team to support growth ambitions and strengthen the firm’s position in the Czech industrial and logistics real estate market. Stránský joins from CTP, where he served as group business development director from 2024 to 2025, and previously held the role of corporate solutions director at Colliers, guiding European and global industrial tenants. With nearly 30 years of experience, he also spent 15 years in his initial tenure at Colliers, where he established the company’s industrial real estate division in the Czech Republic and led transactions covering over 3m sqm of industrial space and land. In his new role, he will support Colliers’ target of expanding its local operations, focusing on key client relationships and strategic business development across the regional industrial sector.  

Garbe Infrastructure – The newly launched investment advisory unit Garbe Infrastructure Invest has appointed Tobias Brosze as chief technical officer, where he will help provide access to infrastructure assets in Germany and support municipal partnerships across energy, utilities, battery storage and data centre developments. Brosze joins from Mainzer Stadtwerke, where he served as chief technical officer. He will support Garbe Infrastructure’s target of bridging capital and public sector investment needs.  

Grandview Property Partners – The US real estate investment manager has appointed Evan Abrams as managing director and business leader to support capital formation and the continued expansion of its private real estate franchise. Abrams joins from Madison International Realty, where he served as managing director and co-head of global equity capital markets and investor relations. He previously held the role of director at Lazard, where he co-led the US real estate and real assets advisory business within the firm’s private capital advisory group. With over 20 years of real estate experience, he has also held roles at Hunt Capital, Hodes Weill & Associates, Centaur Properties, Credit Suisse and SunTrust Bank. In his new role, he will support the firm’s target of scaling its private real estate business, focusing on leveraging the institutional resources and global distribution capabilities of parent company Artisan Partners Asset Management, which acquired Grandview in January 2026.

Mirova – The sustainable investing affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers has established a Sydney-based private assets investment team to support its energy transition infrastructure activities in Australia, appointing Kim Nguyen as investment director to lead the unit. Nguyen joins from the NSW government’s Energy Security Corporation, where she served as executive director of investments, and previously held the role of head of Australian business at Foresight Group. With over 20 years of experience across infrastructure, energy and private markets, she also established a track record originating and managing clean energy investments across the Asia-Pacific region. In her new role, she will support Natixis Investment Managers and Mirova’s target of scaling their energy transition platform and expanding local origination capabilities across Australia and New Zealand.

DTZ Investors – The real estate investment management business of Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Nicholas Garattini to the newly created role of head of capital formation, effective 5 October 2026, where he will join the firm’s executive committee and lead capital raising strategy across essential real estate, urban logistics and living sectors. Garattini joins from Generali Real Estate, where he served as head of real estate product and solutions, and previously held senior investment management and fundraising roles across European, Asian and Middle Eastern markets. In his new role, he will support DTZ Investors’ target of expanding its global investor base and broadening its capital formation reach both in the UK and internationally.

The NRP Group – The US multifamily developer, builder, and manager has appointed Andrew Bailey as vice president of development in Ohio and the Midwest to help lead its development efforts in the region. Bailey joins from CHN Housing Partners, where he served as vice president of real estate development, and previously held executive development roles at various for-profit affordable housing companies. He also previously held the role of director of planning, preservation and development at Ohio Housing Finance Agency. In his new role, he will support the firm’s target of expanding its regional development footprint, focusing on deal origination, site acquisition, and public-private partnerships across affordable, workforce and market-rate housing.

American Healthcare REIT – The US healthcare real estate investment trust has appointed Jon Crosier as chief technology officer to advance its enterprise data and technology infrastructure. Crosier joins from Kilroy Realty Corporation, where he served as senior vice president and chief technology officer, and previously held technology leadership roles at Irvine Company. In his new role, he will support the firm’s target of scaling its senior housing platform, focusing on building scalable enterprise data, analytics and technology capabilities that connect capital allocation with property-level execution. Kate Jones has also been appointed corporate counsel to support its corporate governance and securities functions. Jones joins from O’Melveny & Myers, where she served as a corporate associate in the firm’s public company advisory practice. In her new role, she will support the firm’s target of executing capital markets and transaction activity, focusing on SEC filings, board and committee matters and securities reporting.

Newcore Capital – Beatrice Hollond has been appointed as chairwoman, succeeding Andrew Baum, who transitioned to a senior adviser role in January. Hollond brings over four decades of experience across financial services and capital markets, having spent over 15 years at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where she served as managing director of global fixed income, and previously held the role of equity analyst at Morgan Grenfell. Her career also includes board-level and advisory roles at Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust, M&G Group and The Henderson Smaller Companies Trust. She currently holds chair positions at Smedvig AS, Millbank Financial Services, Brown Advisory’s compensation committee, the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation and the Macdoch Group’s investment advisory committee. In her new role, Hollond will support Newcore Capital’s target of scaling its UK social infrastructure platform.

Promera – The Angeles Equity Partners-backed data centre services provider has appointed Jim Harding as managing director, international, to lead its international operations and drive growth across Europe and Asia. Harding joins from Colovore, where he served as managing director for Europe, and previously held the role of global president of data center solutions at CBRE. In his new role, he will support Promera’s target of building a global data centre services platform and expanding its international footprint following its acquisitions of UK-based Formula Facilities Services and Critical Area Cleaning, focusing on delivering contamination-control capabilities for hyperscale, colocation and enterprise clients across Asia, Europe and North America.

Greenberg Traurig – The global law firm has appointed Jennifer Polovetsky as a shareholder in its New York City and Long Island real estate practice, where she will represent property owners, developers, utilities, telecommunications companies and municipalities in eminent domain, real estate litigation and complex property transactions. Polovetsky joins from Duane Morris, where she served as a partner, and previously held the role of assistant corporation counsel at the New York City Law Department. With over 20 years of experience, she also established a track record advising on major municipal acquisitions. In her new role, she will support Greenberg Traurig’s target of expanding its comprehensive real estate and infrastructure service capabilities across the New York region.

JLL – Mikhail Jaura has been recruited to head data centre research for Asia Pacific research for the firm. He joins JLL from International Data Corporation, where he served as senior research analyst leading the Asia Pacific data centre research practice. During his tenure at the firm, he was responsible for custom consulting, recurring advisory services, and regional business development. Based in Hong Kong, Jaura will lead and mentor research analysts and associates across business lines and geographies.

Altera Management – Janneke Pruijsen has been appointed as ESG team lead, succeeding Rudy Verstappen, who is leaving the firm after seven years. Pruijsen joined the firm as ESG manager in 2023, where she contributed to the implementation of the firm’s ESG policy, and previously served as a sustainability and innovation consultant at Plus Projects and a junior researcher at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development. In her new role, she will guide the execution of Altera’s ESG strategy and support its target of making its residential and retail real estate portfolios Paris Proof by 2040, following the manager’s B Corp certification in 2026.

Stream Realty Partners – The national commercial real estate firm has appointed Shawn Kimble as executive managing director for its investment management platform, where he will help lead capital formation, investment strategy, new product development, and platform growth. Kimble joins from Barings, where he served as head of US and European capital markets and strategy, and previously held the role of chief operating officer of US real estate. With nearly 20 years of experience, he also spent several years at Wells Fargo. In his new role, he will support Stream Realty Partners’ target of expanding its investment capabilities and developing new investment strategies for its institutional partners.

Drees & Sommer UK – The construction, real estate, and infrastructure consultancy has appointed Julian Henley as director of infrastructure to support its growth across the UK and Ireland. Henley joins from Arcadis, where he served as market sector director, and previously held senior consultancy roles across the government, defence, housing, water and regeneration sectors. With over 30 years of industry experience, he also established a track record leading major project pursuits and strategic client framework partnerships. In his new role, he will support Drees & Sommer UK’s target of scaling its social and technical infrastructure footprint and deepening client collaboration across the UK and Ireland.  

Bluepeak – The GI Partners-backed fibre internet provider has appointed Ken Johnson as CEO, effective 19 October 2026, succeeding Rich Fish, who will transition to an advisory role. Johnson joins from Cable One, where he served as COO, and previously held the roles of chief operating officer and chief technology officer at NewWave Communications. With over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, he also spent several years at SureWest Communications and Everest Broadband. In his new role, he will support Bluepeak’s target of scaling its broadband platform and expanding access to high-speed fibre connectivity across the Midwest and Great Plains regions.

UniTek Global Services – The New Mountain Finance Corporation and BTG Pactual Strategic Capital portfolio company has appointed Pete Sandore as CEO, succeeding Charlie Smith, who will retire and transition to an advisory role. Sandore joins from UniTek’s power infrastructure services division, where he served as chairman, and previously held senior operational roles across the power, utility and communications infrastructure sectors. With over 30 years of experience, he also established a track record driving operational growth across utility service platforms. In his new role, he will support UniTek Global Services’ target of expanding its turnkey infrastructure solutions across the communications, data centre and power markets.
