Gresham House – The specialist alternative asset manager appointed Narvinder Khossa as head of origination and Brandon Holloway as deputy fund manager to join its housing division. Khossa joins from ilke Homes with more than 23 years’ experience of commercial and residential property development in the UK. Over the last 15 years, she has delivered high-quality residential schemes for public and private sector developers and landlords, including Sage Housing, Southern Housing Group and Morris Homes. Holloway joins Gresham House after spending seven years at Singerman Real Estate, where he was focused on retirement housing investments. Brandon is responsible for the strategy implementation, operational oversight and investor reporting of each strategy, as well as overseeing fund deal flows.
NRC Group – The Nordic infrastructure company has appointed Ole Anton Gulsvik CFO from March next year. Gulsvik most recently served as CEO of Seven Seas Group, an international maritime services and logistics group, focused on global ship supply. He will succeed Dag Fladby, who will continue in the CFO role through 31 January 2022. Head of group finance, Rolf Berge, will act as CFO during February 2022. Gulsvik previously held leadership and executive roles during tenure at Seven Seas Group. He served as CEO from 2016 and as CFO from 2012 to 2015 when the company was listed at the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Blackbrook Capital – The European independent real estate investment firm has announced the promotion of Jon Strang to managing director. Strang, who will now also be leading Blackbrook’s investment team, joined the company in September 2020 and has been instrumental in building Blackbrook’s portfolio across Europe. His team includes Alice Vacani and Sameera Kolhatkar who have also both been promoted to vice president.
Ridgewood Infrastructure – The US lower middle market infrastructure investor has promoted Ryan Stewart to partner. Stewart previously served as a managing director. Prior to joining Ridgewood Infrastructure, Stewart was a managing director at Fortress Investment, where he led numerous investments across infrastructure industry verticals. Previously, Stewart was an investment professional in JP Morgan’s infrastructure private equity fund.
Polarium – Anna Kinberg Batra and Carola Puusteli are joining the sustainable energy storage solutions company as investors and board members. Batra is a former leader of the Swedish Moderate Party. She also has business experience from SSE Business Lab and was on the founding teams of Jobline/Monster and Nova Talent. Since leaving politics, Batra has been active as an investor and board member, focusing on sustainability, future energy systems, and technological innovation. Outside Polarium, she chairs Soltech Energy Sweden and the Swedish Solar Power Association and sits on the boards of directors of Castellum, Cinis Fertilizer, and the Swedish Space Corporation. Puusteli has more than 30 years experience in strategic business development. She is Power Generation Segment VP at Schneider Electric and has previous experience as an entrepreneur, having started five companies in four different markets, as well as working in business development for ABB and Schneider Electric. She is also on the board of directors of Halton Group (Finland) and Interpartner (Denmark). Kent Sander and John Peter Leesi are to step down from the Polarium board.
Boodle Hatfield – Jonathan Hyndman has joined the law firm from Rosling King where he led the banking and finance practice. Hyndman advises lenders, financial institutions, sponsors, servicers and corporate borrowers on all forms of real estate debt finance including senior and mezzanine loan origination, loan restructuring and loan workout. He has a particular focus on real estate development finance where he combines his construction law and finance expertise to provide commercial solutions for his clients.
CTEK – The vehicle charging solutions firm has appointed Marcus Korsgren ESG head. Korsgren joins CTEK’s executive management team. He joined CTEK in 2020 and has worked on a variety of corporate projects and initiatives.
CRG – The real estate development and investment firm has appointed Bryan Greger as vice president of construction for its residential group. Prior to joining CRG, Greger held senior construction administration roles with national design firms BKV Group and Cuningham Group and served as a structural engineer with Hammel, Green and Abrahamson.
