Americold Realty Trust Robert S Chambers has been appointed chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors. The appointment of Chambers follows George Chappelle’s decision to retire from the company and board following a four-decade career. Chambers currently serves as Americold’s president. Prior to his current role, he served as president, Americas; EVP and chief commercial officer; and VP of commercial finance. Throughout his 12-year career with Americold, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s commercial business practices and corporate strategy across a variety of end-market conditions. Chambers has a broad background in supply chain and logistics, including serving as CFO of Saia, as well as leadership roles at CEVA Logistics. Earlier in his career, Chambers worked for KPMG. He currently serves on the boards of the Global Cold Chain Alliance and the Stetson University School of Business.

FLOW Digital Infrastructure – The digital infrastructure platform of the Hong Kong-based PAG has appointed Alok Garodia as chief financial officer. Prior to joining FLOW, Garodia served as CFO of Prime Venture Partners, a global venture capital fund, and has held key roles on regional and global leadership teams at Nokia, Nike and Lenova.

Redevco – Séverine Maumy has been appointed head of asset and transaction management. Maumy has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management. Before joining Redevco as head of asset and transaction management, Maumy was co-head portfolio manager at Barings Real Estate Advisers. She also served as managing director and country head France, having successfully launched Barings’ French platform in 2015. Her career includes senior roles at Standard Life Investments and LaSalle Investment Management. Maumy, based in Paris, joins Redevco’s leadership team and investment committee, and reports directly to Neil Slater, CEO Redevco. She leads a team of dedicated transactions, asset management and sustainability individuals across Europe.

American Tower Corporation – The firm’s board of directors has elected Gene Reilly as a director. Reilly most recently served as the vice chairman of Prologis, and served as an advisor through April 2024. Reilly joined Prologis, then AMB Property Corporation, in 2003 and held several roles, including serving as CIO from 2019 to 2023 and chief executive of the Americas from 2011 to 2019. Reilly has 40 years of experience in real property investment, management and operations, including previously serving as CIO of Cabot Properties. Reilly previously served as a member of the technical committee of FIBRA Prologis and as a member of the board of directors and executive committee of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

NewPoint Real Estate Capital – Geraldine Borger Urgo has been promoted to president of agency lending. Borger Urgo, who played a role in leading NewPoint’s acquisition by Franklin BSP Realty Trust, has since guided the integration process and helped shape NewPoint’s strategic direction. She brings extensive industry knowledge to the position, having previously spent nearly 15 years at Freddie Mac and, most recently, serving as NewPoint’s head of originations over the past four years.

AndersenThomas Quek and Manny Trelles have been appointed managing directors, enhancing the firm’s real estate capabilities across its tax and transaction advisory practices. Quek joins Andersen’s tax practice in San Francisco, where he will advise alternative investment funds on fund structuring, acquisitions, dispositions, and tax compliance. Prior to Andersen, Quek was with a Big Four firm. Trelles is based in Orange County and joins the firm’s transaction advisory practice, focusing on structuring and optimisation for real estate private equity funds, REITs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Before joining Andersen, Manny led a specialised tax and advisory team working with both domestic and international clients, particularly those with investments from the Pacific Rim. 

Centuri Holdings – The North American utility infrastructure services company has appointed Nate Tetlow as vice president of investor relations. Prior to joining Centuri, Tetlow spent six years with natural gas midstream operator Equitrans Midstream Corporation, culminating in the role of SVP, commercial services. Prior to that, he directed investor relations for the publicly traded midstream entities of the largest natural gas producer in North America. Earlier in his career, Tetlow held roles in corporate treasury, FP&A, and corporate finance.

First National Realty PartnersJeff Kellams has been appointed director of leasing. In this role, Kellams will lead leasing initiatives across the firm’s retail portfolio. Kellams has more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing portfolio occupancy through strategic leasing. He most recently served as vice president of leasing at Washington Prime.
