Europa Capital has appointed Vanessa Muscarà to lead a newly created head of research and strategy role.
The pan-European real estate investment manager said Muscarà will be responsible for identifying new business prospects and providing guidance to support Europa’s tactical and strategic business support needs.
Muscarà brings over 15 years’ of research experience from global investment houses including M&G Real Estate and LaSalle Investment Management, the manager said. She is also an active member of Urban Land Institute’s urban regeneration product council and was previously the chair of the society of property researchers.
Europa Capital has also appointed Alexia Beattie as head of people and talent ”responsible for championing positive culture and nurturing talent within Europa Capital, as well as overseeing new hires”. Beattie joins from investment bank Robert W Baird, where she was most recently the European HR director.
