Palmer Capital, Allianz Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, Colliers International
Palmer Capital – Nick Cooper has been appointed as director and deputy chairman. Cooper, who takes up the new role on 1 September, was previously a senior member of US-based Townsend Group. Prior to Townsend, Cooper was a senior member of ING Real Estate and chief executive of global real estate multi-manager ING Real Estate Select.
Allianz Real Estate – Stefan Brendgen is stepping down from his role as chief executive of the firm’s German office. Alexander Gebauer will temporarily replace Brendgen, who is stepping down for personal reasons.
Cushman & Wakefield – James Beckham has joined the firm from JLL as head of its London capital markets division. Beckham was previously an international director in JLL’s City investment business.
Savills – Fredrik Östberg has been appointed head of investment at the firm’s Sweden office. Östberg, who joined Savills in 2011 as an investment director, will lead the five-strong investment division. He replaces Johan Bernström.
Colliers International – James Evans has been recruited as an associate director in the firm’s national investment team. Evans joins from JLL’s corporate finance division having spent six years with the firm. Evans will specialise in private equity, corporate recovery and debt restructuring.
