TTA Property – Liz Peace, CEO of the British Property Federation (BPF), will join specialist communications agency TTA Property in September as non-executive chairman. Peace is stepping down as CEO of the BPF after 12 years.
Patrizia – Peret Bergmann has joined Patrizia WohnInvest as managing director. He replaces Peter Willisch who held the position on an interim basis when he was appointed head of portfolio management at Patrizia Deutschland. Only last summer, Bergmann had been designated as COO of the new Master KAG of real estate service provider While Label. Prior to that he had worked at Bouwfonds REIM.
M7 Real Estate – John Murnaghan has joined to head investment management client relations. As a senior director, Murnaghan will oversee relations with M7’s joint venture partners and develop the company’s third-party investment management business. Murnaghan was previously the lead asset manager for UBS Global Real Estate’s UK property team in the UK and one of the portfolio managers of the Triton Property Fund.
LaSalle Investment Management – Daniel Pottorf has joined the team that manages LaSalle’s debt investments and special situations. Pottorf, who joins from Blackstone-owned Strategic Value Partners, will focus on Western European investment opportunities and will report to group heads Amy Aznar and Michael Zerda.
Neuberger Berman – Gillian Tiltman has been hired as a European portfolio manager for the company’s global real estate securities business. She joins from M&G Investments where she worked as a portfolio manager for a global real estate securities fund. Tiltman will report to senior portfolio manager Steve Shigekawa.
Rockspring – Kim Sardar has joined as an assistant director in the fund management team. She will be the assistant fund manager for the recently launched UK Value 2 LP, working alongside fund manager Richard Bains. Sardar joins from AEW Europe where she was an investments associate director.
