Atrium, La Française, Patrizia, Aviva Investors

Atrium European Real Estate – Josip Kardun, currently COO and deputy chief executive, is to succeed current chief executive Rachel Lavine. Lavine will become executive vice-chairman and remain a director of Atrium in November. Kardun joined Atrium earlier this year after seven years at ECE Projektmanagement.

La Française – Gregor Volk has been appointed head of real estate development for Germany. Volk joins from Invesco Asset Management in Frankfurt and has also worked for Fidelity Investment, Universal Investment and Deutsche Bank.

Patrizia Immobilien – Alexis Bui has joined as director of investments for France and Belgium. Bui spent 10 years at AEW Europe London as investment director.

Aviva Investors – Susannah Stock and Elizabeth Lutley have both been recruited to join Aviva’s debt team, while David Jerez and Emmanuel de Ladoucette join as analysts. All four will be based in the firm’s London office.
