Sienna Investment Managers, GBL's alternative investment platform, has appointed Floris Van Maanen as the new CEO of Sienna Real Estate.
Van Maanen will lead Sienna Real Estate Group, which has offices in Paris, Hamburg, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Seoul, Zurich, and Amsterdam. As of 1 January, he has taken over the CEO position from founding partner Didier Unglik.
Unglik, founding partner of Sienna Real Estate, has shifted to a role in business development and client relationships. He will report to the managing board.

Floris Van Maanen has significant expertise in the real estate industry, combining years of experience at L’Etoile Properties and before with the asset management company KVM Group, which he founded together with Peter Klinge (CFO).
