Brookfield – Neil Thompson will take over as chief executive of Brookfield Office Properties UK in May. He will replace Martin Jepson, who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities after holding the role since 2011. Thompson left his role as executive director at Great Portland Estates at the end of last year.
Asana Partners – Micah Holton has joined the company as chief financial officer. Holton previously was senior vice president and chief accounting officer of MAA.
NREP – Matthias Kettelhoit has been recruited as commercial head of the firm’s Logicenters arm. Kettelhoit spent nine years as chief executive of Aditro Logistics.
Savills Investment Management – Annie Li has been named associated director and portfolio manager in Sydney. Li worked at GE Capital Real Estate for 10 years. She has also held roles at Fosun Property Holdings, Dexus and AMP. Li will work with Lee Tredwell, Savills IM’s head of investment, to manage existing investments and help grow the manager’s Australian platform.
Syntrus Achmea – Henk Jagersma is to step down as executive chairman of Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance on 1 May, after nine years at the helm. George Dröge, member of the executive board, will act as temporary chairman until a successor has been appointed.
Colliers International – Andrew Thomas has been named head of international capital markets and director in its London offices team.
Redos – Carola Obermöller has joined Redos Investment Management has managing director. She was previously managing director at REMS in Amsterdam.
CBRE – Gavin Morgan has been recruited to lead and enhance investor leasing services in EMEA. He will be based in London with responsibility for leading pan-EMEA office investor leasing. Morgan joins CBRE after 16 years with JLL. Cris Tollast, who led CBRE’s EMEA office leasing arm, is retiring from the company at the end of this year.
