Thor Equities – Fess Wofse has been appointed chief financial officer. He was previously at Apollo Global Real Estate Management. Prior to that, Wofse was director of finance at Citi Property Investors, and before that, a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York.
Fidelity International – Ewan Montgomery has been named portfolio manager for real estate in London. Montgomery joins from Cording Real Estate Group where he was director of UK commercial property investment. He has also worked for CBRE, Aberdeen Asset Management and or UK commercial property.
Valor – Matthew Phillips and Henry Kinnersley have joined as vice president and analyst. Phillips previously worked at Lazard Real Estate and spent four years at PWC prior to joining Lazard. Kinnersley joins from Brookfield Asset Management, where he was an analyst.
Mitiska REIM – Marc Formisani has joined as director for M&A and financial planning from KBL European Private Bankers. Hanif Mohamed has joined as general counsel, having held roles at KBL European Bankers and Dexia Group and international law firms Ashurst and Allen & Overy. Mateusz Szymczak and Enzo Guidez have joined as investment analysts in Brussels.
Citco – Barbara Flusk has joined as senior executive vice president head of real estate fund services. Flusk joins from Clarion Partners, where she also served as CFO for the company’s $8bn flagship fund and $500m co-investment portfolio. She has also worked for Deutsche Asset Wealth Management.
Tritax Big Box REIT – Sally Bruer has been named head of research. She was previously at Gerald Eve.
