TH Real Estate – The firm has opened a Miami office to manage activity in the southeast US and Latin America. Manuel Martín, formerly head of TH Real Estate’s activities in Spain and Portugal, will lead the new office.
Valad Europe – Wouter Zwetsloot has been appointed head of Benelux, and Mark McLaughlin has been promoted to head of property in Europe. Wouter first joined the company in 2008. McLaughlin was head of Benelux since 2007.
JLL – Martin Miklosko and Darren Hill have joined the team as director and associate director, respectively. They will be working across the EMEA region, both joining from CBRE.
BNP Paribas Real Estate – Christophe Pineau has been appointed chief data and analytics officer. Pineau will lead a new data and analytics department.
Pensions Infrastructure Platform – Tony Poulter has been appointed chairman. Poulter was until recently global head of consulting at PwC. He is also senior independent director at the Green Investment Bank.
Savills Investment Management – Lee Tredwell has been appointed head of investment in Australia. Tredwell spent 10 years at GE Capital Real Estate, where he was responsible for equity and debt investments in Australia and New Zealand.
AXA IM-Real Assets – Yoshihiko Hayafuji has been appointed head of Japan in Tokyo. Hayafuji joins from Grosvenor’s Japan branch, where he was director of fund management. Prior to that, he worked at Aetos Japan and began his career at Nomura Real Estate.
Corpus Sireo – Jan Kuhn has been appointed head of business development in Cologne. He joins from Triuva, where he was head of investor relations.
Brunswick Real Estate – Jon Lekander joins as director for the investment banking arm Leimdörfer. He was most recently responsible for Aberdeen’s global property multi-manager business.
