AEW Capital Management – Gina Szymanski has been appointed as co-portfolio manager of the North America region for AEW’s Real Estate Securities team. Szymanski will be based in Boston. Prior to joining AEW, she worked at Putnam Investments for 15 years.
Cushman & Wakefield – The firm has announced its Netherlands leadership team following the acquisition of DTZ Zadelhoff. Jeroen Lokerse is head of Netherlands, and Jeroen de Bruijn head of integration Netherlands. Frans van Toor has been named international partner for capital markets, while Jacques Boeve has been appointed co-head of valuation and advisory. Mathijs Flierman is head of capital markets. Jeroen de Bruijn is head of integration.
Avignon Capital – Sam Salloway and Sarah Page have been recruited for the firm’s London office. Salloway joins as an investment and fund analyst, having worked at Savills Investment Management. Page will be asset manager, having also worked at Savills.
