AFIAA — Sebastian Feix has been hired by the AFIAA Swiss Foundation for International Real Estate Investments as its global head of transactions. He joins from Norges Bank Real Estate Management (NBREM) and succeeds Ulrich Kaluscha, who held the post on an interim basis. At NBREM, Feix was responsible for identifying and analysing properties on behalf of the Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global.
Lendlease Asia — Ng Hsueh Ling has joined Lendlease Asia as managing director for Singapore and CIO for Asia. Ng was previously chief executive of Keppel REIT.
Greystar Real Estate Partners — Jeff Manno has been hired to the role of portfolio management leader for Greystar Growth and Income Fund. He will be moving to Charleston, South Carolina, from London where he led Greystar’s UK rental housing business for the past three years. He will report directly to Chris MacNaughton, head of the global portfolio management platform.
S&P Global Ratings — Mar Beltran has been appointed as senior director to lead infrastructure ratings. Beltran comes to the company from the Australia-based Global Infrastructure Hub, where she led policy work on behalf of the G20 to identify priority reforms in infrastructure markets.
London Pensions Fund Authority — Nigel Topping and Barbara Weber have been appointed as new members of the trustee board. Weber is the founding partner of infrastructure investment adviser B Capital Partners, and Topping is chief executive of We Mean Business, a coalition of organisations tackling the problems of climate change.
CBRE Global Investors — Alimou Bah has been appointed senior associate in the London-based research and strategy team, which is responsible for pan-European property forecasting. He comes from Cushman & Wakefield where he was an associate director.
