Willis Towers Watson – Paul Jayasingha has been appointed global head of real assets. He was previously global head of real estate and will now also oversee infrastructure, natural resources and other real-asset strategies. Luba Nikulina, global head of manager research at Willis Towers Watson, said the change would “ensure clarity of strategic direction across these complementary asset classes.”
Henderson Park – Gijs Molenaar has been appointed head of asset management. He will oversee the asset management of investments after three years as a senior vice president at Cerberus Capital in London. He has also worked for Hammerson from 2012 to 2014.
Multi – Arie den Hartog has left after 25 years with the firm. Den Hartog has started up his own company, Azul Real Estate Consultancy.
The International Property Securities Exchange (IPSX) – Ian Womack has been recruited as a senior adviser. He spent the majority of his career at Aviva Investors.
CBRE – Peter Victor has been appointed head of tenant representation and acquisition services for occupier clients across the EMEA region. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield in London.
JLL – Joacim Sjöberg has been named head of capital markets for the Nordic region from June. Based in Sweden, Sjöberg will focus on developing the large real estate portfolio and structured transactions businesses. He previously worked for Swedbank Corporate Finance.
Seyfarth Shaw – Tyler Stradling has been recruited to the law firm’s real estate practice in Boston. He joins from Fennemore Craig.
