Cyclus Property – Former PGGM chief investment officer Johan van der Ende has joined the Dutch real estate asset management company. Van der Ende, who is already a shareholder alongside founding partners André Halm and Martien van Deursen, will become a partner and senior adviser to the company, which specialises in value-added investments in the Netherlands. He is also a member of the supervisory board of Dutch pensions group MN and chairman of the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.

Aviva Investors – Darryl Murphy is joining as head of infrastructure debt and Sarah Wall has been hired to manage Aviva Investors’ infrastructure portfolios and its recently launched Alternative Income Solutions Fund. Murphy joins from KPMG and will oversee origination, structuring, execution and asset management of infrastructure debt transactions. Wall joins from the Pension Protection Fund where she was a portfolio manager for illiquid credit, with a focus on infrastructure debt.

Annington – Baroness Helen Liddell and Jos Short, chairman of Internos Global Investors, are taking over the roles of chairman and deputy chairman, respectively. Liddell, a former member of parliament, replaces Elizabeth Filkin who will step down this month and remain a consultant until the end of September. Annington is a residential platform in the UK owned by a private equity fund run by Terra Firma.

Colliers International – James Hall has been given the new role of managing director for international properties in Asia, promoting global residential opportunities to Asian investors. Hall has worked for the past two years as regional director of international properties for Colliers International in Hong Kong.
