Greystar – The residential specialist has hired two managing directors to lead its new Asia-Pacific platform. Greystar Asia-Pac, launched last year in collaboration with Macquarie Capital, has hired Charles Ma and Chris Key as managing directors of China and Australia, respectively. Ma was recruited from Vanke China, where he was managing director, head of strategy investments and business development. Key was previously head of corporate finance for Asia-Pacific at JLL.
CBRE Global Investors – Ronald van der Waals is taking over as fund manager of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund. He is currently the fund’s portfolio director. Sophie van Oosterom, CIO for EMEA, has been managing the fund on an interim basis.
AXA Investment Managers–Real Assets – Nathalie Savier Lacour has been appointed senior development manager for France, responsible for identifying and monitoring real estate projects in the country. Lacour was previously development director at Nexity Enterprise.
NAS Invest – Steffen Ricken, Oliver Zimper and Dieter Becken have joined a newly created company advisory board. Ricken and Zimper are senior executives of RFR Group in Germany and were previously CEO and CIO, respectively, of Triuva. Becken is the owner of Becken Holding.
Genesta – Antti Laine is joining as senior analyst in the transaction team with responsibility for the Finnish and Swedish markets. He joins from Grosvenor where he was an asset manager.
