CBRE Global Investors – Nathalie Dos Santos has been appointed head of asset management for France. She will be responsible for the asset management of €2.6b of assets in France across logistics, retail, offices and residential. Dos Santos recently worked at LFPI REIM as the head of asset management.
Deutsche Finance International – The London based pan-European private equity real estate investor has appointed Keith Law and Sally Taylorson-Lavers to the roles of general counsel and fund controller respectively. Law joins from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he spent over 12 years as a corporate lawyer advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and equity capital markets with a particular focus on the real estate, infrastructure and energy sectors. Since 2016 Keith has worked closely with DFI and advised on transactions. Taylorson-Lavers was previously at M&G Real Estate for five years where she spent time overseeing the financial control for the M&G European Property Fund, UK Residential Property Fund and UK Property Fund. Prior to this, she spent over three years in audit at KPMG.
HIG Capital – Ed Pallesen has joined the investment firm to lead its US infrastructure team. Pallesen was previously a managing director at Goldman Sachs, where he led the Americas team at the Goldman Sachs infrastructure fund. He started his career in Goldman Sachs’ investment banking division.
JLL – The real estate services firm has appointed Christopher D Stent as executive managing director, investor relations and corporate finance. Stent developed his expertise in investor relations by serving as vice president of investor relations at McDonald’s Corporation. His previous experience includes investment banking at William Blair as well as positions at Unilever and General Mills.
Kingstone Investment Management – Sarah Verheyen has joined to head portfolio management. In this newly created position, Verheyen is responsible for the company’s investment strategy. Verheyen spent seven years at JLL.
Real IS – The real estate manager has appointed Alexandre Guignard in France to oversee the implementation of the company’s investment and sales strategy in France. Guignard has also joined the Real IS Group’s investment management department. Prior to joining Real IS, Guignard served as investment director at Anru’s co-investment fund. Before that, he held the position of investment associate director at Patrizia until 2016.
PGIM Real Estate – Mexican industrial REIT Terrafina, externally advised by PGIM Real Estate, has announced that Alfonso Munk Alba, PGIM Real Estate’s head of Latin America and Americas’ CIO, will leave PGIM Real Estate at the end of the month. Therefore, will step down from Terrafina’s technical committee. Enrique Lavín Treviño will replace Alba as a member of Terrafina’s technical committee. Treviño, who is managing director and head of Mexico for PGIM Real Estate, has been closely involved in the definition and execution of Terrafina’s strategy since its inception.
Neo Capital – Nikhila Jairaj has joined the real estate investor as a financial services senior executive to support the firm’s investment and acquisition strategy. Jairaj joins Neo after seven years an investment bank. She worked with the investment management team, handling the reporting on real estate and private equity funds.
