Atrium European Real Estate - Scott Dwyer has been appointed chief executive of operations in Poland. Dwyer joins Atrium from Heitman International, where for the past two years he was executive vice-president and head of portfolio management. Prior to that, Dwyer was at ING Real Estate Development International. He has also worked for Rodamco Europe.
UBS - Edward Brown has been appointed asset manager of the UBS Triton Property Fund. Brown, who joins from UBS’s Global Real Estate business, will be responsible for a portfolio of properties within the UBS Triton Property Fund. Prior to joining UBS, Brown was deputy fund manager at CBRE Global Investors (previously ING Real Estate).
Internos Global Investors - Jenefer Greenwood has been appointed as a non-executive director. Greenwood started her career with Hillier Parker, where she held the position of executive director and head of retail. At Grosvenor, she was appointed director of sales and lettings for Britain and Ireland. Greenwood has also taken on the non-executive directorship of Assura Group, and served as president of the British Council of Shopping Centres. She is also a board member at DCH Group.
Warburg-Henderson - Andreas Strey and Michael Krzyzanek have been appointed senior fund manager and senior investment analyst, respectively. Prior to joining Warburg-Henderson, Strey worked at UBS Real Estate. Krzyzanek was previously at PATRIZIA Gewerbeinvest and has worked for KPMG and Aberdeen Immobilien. Meanwhile, Warburg-Henderson Vertriebs has appointed Rena Knöpke and Sebastian Wohlers as institutional sales directors. Knöpke has worked for the group for 14 years in sales and marketing and was most recently head of client service. Wohlers joined Warburg-Henderson from Morgan Stanley.
Cushman & Wakefield - Duncan Sunter has been hired as head of the valuation and advisory practice in Sweden. Sunter joins from CBRE, where for the last four years he led a team of 12 valuers. Prior to that, Sunter was head of valuation for the Nordics at EuroHypo Bank’s Stockholm office.
JLL - Nick Jones has been recruited to the EMEA Industrial & Logistics capital markets team. Jones, who will join in January next year, was previously a partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s cross-border capital markets team. He will be based in London.
