SUSI Partners is extending its partnership with German energy service company Open House of Energy (OHOE) to finance energy-efficient lighting projects.

The SUSI Energy Efficiency and Transition Credit Fund (SEETCF) is financing German lighting-as-a-service projects projects, extending SUSI’s partnership with OHOE, which began in 2018.

Since then, SUSI has financed 13 OHOE projects through seven transactions worth nearly €15m across its credit fund series.

SUSI’s credit strategy specialises in senior-secured, asset-backed financing solutions for infrastructure-as-a-service business models with a defensive risk profile.

SEETCF, the latest fund, is backed by the European Investment Fund, an implementation partner of the InvestEU programme.
