DWS – Lucy Williams has been appointed head of client coverage for EMEA real estate. Based in London as a managing director, Williams will oversee capital formation and investor relations for the firm’s real estate equity and debt strategies across the region. She joins from Savills Investment Management, where she served as head of client capital for the UK and European investor relations; during her tenure there, she led the launch of new strategies, including UK affordable housing. Previously, Williams spent eight years at M&G Real Estate, ultimately serving as head of business development and investor relations.
AEW – Anthony Butler has been appointed to the newly created role of head of industrial and logistics Europe, effective March 2026. Butler will be based in London and will report to Vanessa Roux-Collet, AEW’s European CEO. In this role, Butler will oversee the €8.3bn European industrial and logistics funds and asset management functions, as well as the growth of that platform. Butler will be responsible for AEW’s industrial and logistics strategy, executed by a Pan-European team who manage the portfolio, which notably includes AEW’s flagship LOGISTIS and ULLIS funds, as well as various mandates. He joins AEW from his role as co-founder and CIO of Mirastar REIM, which he launched and managed as a pan-European industrial and logistics platform. Butler’s previous experience also includes the role of CIO at Delin Capital Management and both global co-head of transactions & global head of indirect investments at Generali Real Estate.
Zurich Insurance – Vanessa Muscarà has joined the firm as director of real estate research and strategy, based at the global headquarters in Zurich. Reporting to Andrew C Angeli, she will analyse global markets and develop investment strategies for both the company’s balance sheet and third-party clients. Muscarà joins from M&G Real Estate, where she served as head of research and strategy. This role marks a return to the insurance sector for Muscarà, who previously held research leadership positions at Europa Capital and Nuveen Real Estate.
Principal Asset Management – Ian Curry has joined the firm as co-head of US data centres, partnering with Casey Miller to lead the growth of the private equity real estate platform. Based in San Francisco, Curry will oversee investment performance and strategic partnerships for a platform that currently manages $11bn in assets. He brings over 20 years of experience, including 15 years at TPG and Sixth Street Partners, where he served in senior roles such as managing director and co-head of communications and data funds. His previous track record includes notable investments in data centre platforms AirTrunk and EdgeConneX.
CTP – Rob Jones joins CTP as head of investor relations and PR, having previously led the European real estate equity research team at BNP Paribas. Rob will be working closely with group CFO Richard Wilkinson and Maarten Otte, and will be actively travelling to meet existing and new investors.
Peakside Capital Advisors – Steven Davis has been appointed managing director, Central and Eastern Europe, assuming responsibility for the company’s activities across the region. Davis will oversee Peakside’s investment and development platforms across CEE, including Poland and other key regional markets, while working closely with local management teams to drive further growth and operational excellence. Davis is an experienced property developer with broad market expertise spanning acquisitions, financing, planning, construction, sales, marketing and leasing. He previously served as COO of a publicly listed company, and also worked alongside leading institutional partners including Goldman Sachs, GE, Pirelli Real Estate and Grove Investment Fund. Steven Davis succeeds Roman Skowronski, who has led Peakside Poland’s operations since 2019.
Antin Infrastructure Partners – Stéphane Ifker and Angelika Schöchlin have been appointed to the newly created role of co-CIOs. Managing partners Ifker and Schöchlin will lead the investment lifecycle across the firm’s flagship, mid cap, and NextGen strategies. Ifker retains oversight of the digital and energy sectors, while Schöchlin remains responsible for transport and social infrastructure. In New York, Ryan Shockley and Guillaume Friedel have been named co-heads of the office, succeeding Kevin Genieser, who is departing after eight years to pursue personal projects. Shockley joined Antin in May 2025 from BlackRock’s global infrastructure funds, while Friedel, who joined the firm in 2008 and relocated to New York in 2019, was named a senior partner last year. Both co-heads will join the firm’s investment committee alongside Simon Söder, senior partner and head of the London office. Additionally, Anand Jagannathan has assumed sole leadership of the NextGen strategy following the departure of Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet. Jagannathan joined Antin in 2021 to help develop the strategy and previously served as co-head.
InfraVia Capital Partners – Laëtitia Archambault has been appointed as asset management director within the firm’s real estate team. Based in Paris, Archambault joins a 14-strong team led by Brigitte Sagnes-Dupont, partner at InfraVia and founder of OREIMA. The appointment follows the recent merger between InfraVia and OREIMA, aimed at accelerating the growth of the firm’s integrated real estate strategy. Archambault brings over 20 years of experience, joining from AEW where she managed an €18bn French multi-class portfolio; she previously spent seven years at PIMCO Prime Real Estate overseeing a €9bn European portfolio for the Allianz Group. She began her career at DTZ Investors and holds degrees from Centrale Marseille and ESCP-EAP.
Trammell Crow Company – Josh W Posnick has been named global head of capital markets. Based in Washington, DC, Posnick will lead TCC’s global capital strategy across equity and debt programmes, including capital formation and financing execution. He reports to Adam Nims, who was recently promoted to CEO of TCC. Posnick joins the developer from Mill Creek Residential Trust, where he served as senior managing director of capital markets. His 12-year tenure at Mill Creek also included overseeing multifamily development in the Mid-Atlantic. Previously, he worked in Deloitte’s real estate valuation and consulting practice.
Delin Property – Richard Zevenhoven has been appointed as development manager, based in the company’s Amsterdam office. Zevenhoven will lead development initiatives for the firm’s Dutch portfolio and provide support for projects across its wider European platform. He joins the logistics warehouse specialist from the retailer Lidl, where he focused on asset development; he previously spent nine years managing logistics projects for the Van Uden conglomerate. Zevenhoven’s career spans nearly three decades, including senior consultancy and management roles at Sodexo and Studley with an emphasis on sustainability and workspace optimisation.
Redevco – Lara Young has been appointed head of sustainable operations. Based in London, Young will report to Chris Fleetwood, chief operating and sustainability officer, and is tasked with driving the firm’s net-zero carbon commitment across its portfolio by 2040. She joins Redevco from Stoneweg, where she served as group head of ESG. Young previously held senior roles at Costain, including group climate director and group carbon manager. She also serves as a board member for the Society for the Environment.
