OMERS InfrastructurePeter Gray has been appointed to the role of senior MD and head of Americas. Gray will report to Michael Hill, the global head of infrastructure, and join the global infrastructure management committee. Gray has been an part of the OMERS Infrastructure business since 2014. Prior to OMERS, Gray worked at Allstate Investments in Chicago, and in the investment banking divisions of HSBC and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Landmark PropertiesNikko Politis has been appointed senior director of multifamily acquisitions. Politis will be responsible for leading Landmark’s investment activities focusing on stabilised and value-add acquisitions across the traditional multifamily landscape. Prior to joining Landmark Properties, Politis held leadership roles at The Calida Group, BMC Investments, Ascentris, Jamestown and Starwood Capital, where he was responsible for the acquisition, financing, asset management, portfolio management and disposition of real estate investments across the US and Latin America. 

Vision Ridge Partners – The global sustainable real assets investor has appointed PJ Jannuzzi as MD and head of asset management. Jannuzzi will be responsible for helping to manage and enhance Vision Ridge’s portfolio of assets, deepening the firm’s network of advisors, and supporting its investment team. Jannuzzi is the former MD, asset management at Blackstone. Previously, he worked at Bain & Company, Tishman Speyer and Goldman Sachs in management consulting, corporate finance, and investment banking roles, respectively.  

Nido LivingRosemary Boot has been appointed non-executive director to the board. Boot will also serve as chair of the Nido Living’s audit and risk committee and will join the investment and ESG committees. Boots brings over 16 years of experience as a non-executive director and a career as a strategic and commercial leader within the investment banking, climate change/clean energy and property sectors. In her capacity as a non-executive director, she has been on the boards of organisations such as Southern Water and Green Alliance. She is currently a non-executive director at Urban & Civic, Care REIT, Triple Point Energy Transition, and Chapter Zero.

CTP – The listed developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties has appointed Jakub Kodr as its new managing director for the Czech Republic. Kodr, who joined CTP more than seven years ago and previously was head of business development, takes over the leadership of CTP in the Czech Republic as of January 2025. Kodr started his career in real estate development at Cushman & Wakefield. In his new role as MD, he will focus on further expansion, strengthening relationships with clients, key partners and implementing the company’s plans across the country. 

Shorea Capital – The Singapore-headquartered property investment management firm has appointed Adam Starr to head its UK business. Starr has been appointed to the newly created role of managing director to lead Shorea’s UK business, overseeing key functions including investment and asset management. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector in the UK and Continental Europe, Starr has led cross-border investment and transaction teams for multiple mandates across asset classes. He was most recently head of global transaction management at Redevco, where he spent over two decades in various leadership roles including managing director of its Central and Eastern Europe operations, and managing director of its UK business.

Edyn – The European lifestyle accommodation provider has appointed Alastair Thomann as its new CEO. Thomann succeeds Daniel Carre-Bishop, CFO and interim CEO, who will continue in his role as CFO. Thomann joins from Generator and Freehand Hotels, leading design-led shared accommodation brands, where he served as CEO of both businesses. Prior to Generator and Freehand Hotels, Thomann was global MD of Penta Hotels for the Rosewood Hotel. Thomann joined Penta Hotels having previously held consultancy and asset management positions at CTF Hotels and Resorts and Arthur Anderson.

Schroders Capital Minal Patel has been appointed global head of infrastructure. In this newly created role, Patel will lead Schroders Capital’s global infrastructure business, primarily consisting of Schroders Greencoat, the rebranded renewable investor acquired as Greencoat Capital in 2022. Patel joined Greencoat Capital in 2019 as a partner and most recently led the oversight of its private institutional funds, the structuring of new investment opportunities and the widening of investor relationships. She started her renewable energy career as a project finance lender and advisor, spending eight years with Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ and Royal Bank of Scotland. Prior to working at Greencoat, she co-led the environmental infrastructure team at Foresight.

Elevate Renewables – The ArcLight Capital Partners portfolio company has appointed Joshua Rogol CEO. Rogol was previously president of Strata Clean Energy. Eric Cherniss, who was previously president of Elevate has been promoted to head of development for ArcLight.

SavillsAlan Bennett has been appointed director in the firm’s healthcare and senior living team. Bennett will focus on valuations work within the operational capital markets division. He was recently a director in JLL’s healthcare team, specialising in valuations for accounting, loan security, and partnership purposes across the UK.
