Ascendas-Singbridge Group, Old Mutual Alternative Investments, IFM Investors, Sunsuper, Warehouse REIT, Octopus Property, Bridgebank Capital, Primonial Group, CBRE Global Investors, PIMCO
Ascendas-Singbridge Group – Vinamra Srivastava has been appointed CEO for the company’s India operations and private funds. He will succeed Sanjay Dutt from April. Srivastava currently heads group corporate strategy and development. Prior to joining Ascendas-Singbridge in 2015, he worked across multiple industries, including real estate, infrastructure, smart cities, urban and economic development, transportation and hi-tech in India, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Old Mutual Alternative Investments – Zomunoda Chizura has been appointed to head of the impact funds team. The team manages funds targeted specifically for affordable housing, access to education and promoting small, medium and micro-sized enterprises. Chizuru will also be responsible for supporting the company’s plan to expand its Africa footprint. Chizuru was the chief executive officer of Old Mutual West Africa in 2014. He first joined Old Mutual as head of research for Old Mutual Asset Managers in Zimbabwe in 1999.
IFM Investors – Lounarda David has been appointed to the newly-created position of chief operations officer to support the firm’s growing funds and investment management business. David is currently Sunsuper’s CIO. She previously held senior positions at Mercer Investment Consulting and as a vice president at State Street. She joins IFM in April.
Warehouse REIT – Gary Lees has been appointed by the specialist warehouse investor’s external manager, Tilstone Partners. Based in London, Lees will join the team responsible for managing Warehouse REIT’s portfolio of urban warehousing of around £300m. Lees was most recently at Antler Property Investments, where he was an asset management director.
Octopus Property – Carl Graham has been appointed business development manager, North of England, as the specialist property lender it continues to grow its loan book in the region. Graham will be responsible for driving further loan book growth, across both commercial and residential investment. Since 2011 Graham has been sales director at Bridgebank Capital, where he sat on the main board.
Primonial Group – Laurent Fléchet, the deputy group CEO in charge of real estate has been appointed to oversee a new platform in Luxembourg, created to structure and manage pan-European real-estate funds. The wealth manager said it will offer investors – both French and foreign – diversified geographical exposure to the euro-zone.
CBRE Global Investors – Scott Spalding has been appointed senior managing director and head of high-net-worth private markets for the Americas. Based in Los Angeles, Spalding will be responsible for business development with financial intermediaries and investment advisors. Spalding began his investment career at PIMCO, where he most recently served as an executive vice president.
