Prologis – The global logistics real estate firm has appointed Tim Arndt CFO. Arndt, who has been with Prologis since 2004, will succeed long-time CFO Tom Olinger, who plans to retire. Olinger will remain with the company through the balance of the year as part of the transition plan. When he retires, he plans to focus full time on philanthropic causes. As the new CFO, Arndt will be responsible for the company’s worldwide corporate finance. His areas of responsibility will include treasury, cash management, financial planning and reporting, accounting, tax, investor relations and internal audit. Arndt is a seasoned finance leader with Prologis, having joined AMB in 2004 in portfolio management for the company’s Strategic Capital business. Previously, Arndt worked in real estate strategy at Gap and in debt capital markets at Forest City Enterprises.

Avison YoungMarta Marat and Barbara Ożóg have joined the global commercial real estate services firm’s valuation team in Poland. Marat, who joins from joined from CAS Sp, has been appointed valuer. At Avison Young Marat will be preparing valuation reports and market analysis. She will be actively involved in advising Avison Young’s clients. Ożóg has been appointed assistant valuer. She is responsible for supporting the valuation and advisory department, by preparing proposals and letters of appointment for valuation, gathering and analysing market data for different projects, assistance during the preparation of valuation reports and during property inspections taken by qualified valuers on behalf of Avison Young.

Warehouse REIT – The UK REIT’s external investment advisor, Tilstone Partners, has expanded the team with the appointment of Dan March to the newly created role of head of project management and Connor Cockerill as a data analyst. March will be responsible for bringing forward Warehouse REIT’s current development pipeline. He will be responsible for overseeing the redevelopment and refurbishment programme across its current portfolio and also for the procurement and management of larger capital expenditure projects, working alongside the asset management team, to enhance value and maximise income generation. Based in Chester, March will report directly to MD Andrew Bird and investment director Paul Makin. He brings over 10 years of development and investment real estate experience. He joins Tilstone Partners from Chancerygate where he was project manager. Previously, he has held roles at Lambert Smith Hampton, Workman and Anderton Gables. Cockerill’s role as data analyst will focus on assisting both the property and finance teams with the maintenance and further development of its property database and financial analysis. Cockerill will be based in London and reporting to investment director Paul Makin. Prior to joining Tilstone Partners, Cockerill worked as an application engineer at Honeywell

abrdn – Will Cunneen joined the manager’s core infrastructure team in December as an investment director based in London, where his focus is on the sourcing, execution, due diligence and monitoring of investment opportunities and asset management of portfolio investments. Prior to joining abrdn, Cunneen worked for Macquarie in the UK and Australia, most recently as a senior VP in the infrastructure M&A advisory team in the UK. Before that, he worked for PwC in Australia. Priya Nair joined in January as business development and strategy director based in London, where her primary focus will be to lead on business development, investor relations and strategy across the core infrastructure business. Nair previously held senior positions at Deutsche Bank, Citi and most recently Royal Bank of Canada. She brings over 25 years’ experience advising clients on private markets with a specialised focus on Infrastructure transactions. She also sits on a number of boards. Her background covers corporate finance, structured finance, derivatives, product structuring and digital transformation.

ICG Real EstateIntermediate Capital Group’s real estate business has appointed Antonio Galea to join its private equity real estate investment team. Based in London, Galea will lead the sourcing and execution of value-add and opportunistic transactions in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Galea was previously an executive director within JPMorgan’s real estate investment banking group, with a principal focus on real estate M&A and capital markets activity. 

Quadrant – The UK real estate asset management and development company has appointed Onder Atasayar as an associate partner. Atasayar joins Quadrant following his role as financial modeller at CBRE where he worked to develop and enhance portfolio valuation models for BTR, PRS, and affordable housing. Prior to this, Atasayar held positions at Ernst & Young in both Istanbul and London. 

WiredScore – The property technology firm has appointed Thomasin Crowley as global director of APAC. Crowley will be responsible for growing WiredScore’s footprint in Asia Pacific as part of the company’s global expansion plan. She will oversee the rollout of WiredScore’s certifications in the region while educating key industry stakeholders on the importance of digital connectivity and in-building technology for the future of real estate. WiredScore has also made a number of senior hires in its Singapore office including Anne Tng as director of business development, Jun Wen as client success manager, and Samantha Lim as marketing manager, APAC. Stuart Wilson, who has played an integral role in WiredScore’s growth over the last six years, will be moving over from the company’s UK headquarters in London to its APAC headquarters in his position as director of operations.

JLLTom Carroll has been appointed head of research and strategy in EMEA, succeeding James Brown who has moved full-time to the role as head of sector strategy, capital markets in EMEA. Carroll will be responsible for guiding the strategic vision and organisation of EMEA’s 130-person research team. He will serve as a member of the firm’s global research executive board and closely collaborate with JLL’s Americas and APAC regions. He was most recently executive director and head of JLL’s corporate research and strategy team in EMEA.

Greystone – The US commercial real estate finance company has appointed Triloki Kaushal managing director. He will focus on debt sales and services for multifamily clients across Greystone’s agency platforms and lead the firm’s affordable lending sales desk. Prior to joining Greystone, Kaushal most recently served as a chief underwriter for Newmark’s Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac platforms. Before his role at Newmark, Kaushal was a MD and a senior credit officer at Hunt Mortgage Group in various capacities within underwriting and risk.

Ringley Group –  The property manager has appointed Clive Greenwood as head of asset management, a newly-created role in the business. He will be responsible for looking after the property management division of the company from its offices in Cardiff, Manchester and London. He most recently held the role of asset manager at accountancy firm Thomas St John Group. Prior to that, he worked at HML Group for five years in various roles including director and head of property management and spent 13 years at FirstPort.

Verdion –  The pan-European logistics specialist has appointed Nils Mutzke as German business development director, and Sebastian Achten as senior leasing and development manager. Both will be based at the company’s Düsseldorf offices. Mutzke joins from GLP where he was a development director covering business development in central Germany. He previously spent three years with Segro as business development manager before which he was with FedEx and UPS for a total of eight years. He will now focus on securing Verdion’s growing pipeline of urban logistics opportunities, build to suit facilities and strategic landholdings for major park developments across the country. Achten has been appointed as senior leasing and development manager. Joining from Bienen&Partner Immobilien where he was a senior real estate consultant, he has more than eight years’ experience in real estate transactions, predominantly in logistics and manufacturing. He will be actively involved in managing Verdion’s development pipeline and support leasing negotiations across the business.

Atrato Group – The alternatives asset manager and advisory group has appointed Sarah Starkey as assistant director, asset management assist in generating additional value across Supermarket Income REIT’s portfolio of omnichannel stores. Starkey joins from Landsec, where she has spent the last six years managing a portfolio of retail commercial properties. Starkey started her career at Tesco within the Express acquisitions team before moving into investment management. Kenny Koon Sun Tai also joins Atrato as an accountant in the finance team for SUPR. Prior to joining Atrato, he was a client accountant for an investment fund client and managed an offshore team. Roxanne Grewar also joins the finance team as an assistant accountant. Before joining Atrato, she spent 12 years at Pension Insurance Corporation as an accounts assistant where she focused on accounts payable as well as providing wider support to the in-house finance team.

Dunmoore –  The UK real estate investment and development company has appointed Mark Gibbon as finance director to lead the finance function and oversee new business and funding opportunities. He was previously finance director at Cargiant. Before joining Cargiant in 2016, he was commercial finance director at developer Alchemi Group, and, before that, he spent 10 years at Deloitte working in its corporate finance department and on secondment as a corporate finance advisor in the UK department for business innovation and skills. Chris Kerrison has joined as development surveyor to help build its development and investment portfolio by sourcing new opportunities and managing sites through to completion. Kerrison joined Montagu Evans and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2019. He worked in the industrial investment team on various acquisitions and disposals with a focus on London and the southeast markets.
