Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund has made $110m (€94.8m) worth of US real estate commitments to funds managed by Crow Holdings and Longpoint.

The pension fund disclosed in a board meeting document that it has placed $75m into the Crow Holdings Realty Partners XI and made a $35m commitment to Longpoint Fund IV.

As previously reported, Crow Holdings is seeking to raise $3.25bn for the new fund, with a hard cap set at $4bn.

The capital raise for the fund is in its early stages, with a first close expected in April 2026. A date for the final close has yet to be determined.

The fund mainly targets industrial, multifamily and manufactured housing properties.

SEC disclosure reveals that Longpoint’s latest logistics fund reached $494m in commitments earlier this year.

The final fundraising target remains undisclosed.
