Data centre company Equinix has bought a S$125m (€77m) property in Singapore from Mapletree Industrial Trust.
Mapletree said current tenant Equinix exercised an option to buy the data centre property that was included in a 2013 agreement.
The Temasek-owned listed trust developed the facility and subsequently leased it to Equinix for 30 years.
Mapletree said the sale price represented a 23.3% premium over the development cost of S$101.4m.
